All Subaru Legacy models offer sleek exterior styling, highlighted by smooth body lines, a standout grille, and LED steering responsive headlights that can turn with your steering wheel to light up the road ahead before you've fully turned a corner. Technology

Every new Subaru Legacy model comes with a Subaru Starlink multimedia system. It gets paired to a 7-inch touchscreen on the base model, while all other trim levels get a larger 11.6-inch vertical touchscreen display, allowing for easy access and control of a variety of features with the touch of your finger. All models also come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, allowing you to connect your mobile device using Bluetooth or a USB port and enjoy hands-free calling, messaging, apps, music, and much more simply by saying the words while you're moving or using the touchscreen while stopped.

Engine Options and Transmission

Both engine options offered throughout the new Legacy lineup are boxer engines, meaning they use horizontally opposed pistons rather than vertical ones, allowing the engine to be placed lower in the vehicle, resulting in a lower center of gravity and therefore more stability. The first engine is a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 182-horsepower and 176 pounds-feet of torque. The other is an available 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 260-horsepower and 277 pounds-feet of torque. Both engines are paired to a continuously variable automatic transmission which delivers the utmost fuel economy, allowing you to skip the pump on your weekly outings in Bainbridge Island. Steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters also come standard so you can take simulated manual control of shifting when you want to feel more engaged.

Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive
