We love a good story with a happy ending here at Peninsula Subaru, especially when it involves a Subaru saving the day! A few weeks ago a local man came to the rescue of several other fellow drivers including a stranded police officer.
Nampa resident Ryan Gerzin set out in his Subaru Impreza WRX, equipped with snow tires to help residents stuck in the snow get moving. Many drivers have been getting stuck lately with snow and ice coating the roads, so Gerzin opted to take advantage of his snow-capable vehicle to play the part of good Samaritan. Gerzin assisted several stranded drivers throughout the course of the weekend including two police officers. Gerzin's hitched his Subaru Impreza WRX to the officers' Ford Taurus and pulled them back onto the road.
Sounds like a happy ending for all, especially the proud driver of the Subaru Impreza.
